2015, maintained by David Crawley, Mark West and a crew of locals.

GETTING THERE:

From the Waitawa Link walking track beside Tarawera Road, or from the unofficial walking tracks between Pram Track and Rifle Range Road. Note - it's a rabbit warren of twists and turns in the unofficial walking tracks, best to either go with a local, or plan on spending a lot of time taking wrong turns before eventually finding the trail head.

TRAIL DESCRIPTION: One way, up, dual-use.
A useful link to enter into the forest from Rotorua's Lynmore suburb. A steady climb on the way in with a couple of steep sections towards the end. It crosses over a loop of Tokorangi Pa road at the upper end - cross straight over to continue with As You Do trail.

GETTING OUT: Exits on Tokorangi Pa Road, opposite the entry to fire down the K2 trail.

Or roll down the gravel road to link up with the top part of Katore Road and into the Corridor/Tokorangi/Eastern Spice network of trails.
