Shops in town, and operators at the forest have fleets ready to go.

If you're coming from out of town intending to grab a rental, and you like to clip in, consider bringing your own pedals. Your own helmet is a great idea too. But if it is spur of the moment, don't stress, the bike rental people will be able to sort it.
